Introduces a new Next.js example for gasless cross-chain swaps on Sui, including all supporting components, configuration, and documentation. Updates the EVM gasless example to improve the Swap UI, add route selection, handle ERC-20 allowance/approval, and provide a detailed README with step-by-step gasless transaction instructions and code samples. Also updates dependencies and minor UI styling for a more robust developer experience.
