This is for preparation of inbuilt virtual webcam support.

Converted to DRAFT as playwright, the browser instrumentation framework, does not pass webcams of the host through...

Need to find an alternative approach..

Need to find an alternative approach..

Incorrect, when chromium is passed --no-sandbox, webcams from the host system are passed through.
