Removed

• Legacy commands deleted — removed wp4s1_discover through wp4s9_status (9 files). These were deprecated in v0.4.0 with forwarding notices to the Construction and Shu-Ha-Ri frames. One full project cycle has passed; the forwarding period is over. Use /webplatform4sync:site (Construction) or /webplatform4sync:shu (Shu-Ha-Ri) instead.
