Snakemake workflow: vcf-annotate-snpeff-snpsift

This is the Snakemake workflow for VCF annotaion, powered by SnpEff and SnpSift for annotation, using dbSNFP, MSigDb and GWAS Catalog databases. VCF statistics are aggregated by MultiQC.

Each tool and databases belong to their authors.
