Summary

ensure manual PCB traces rerun once footprint ports are matched
update ports to notify connected traces when new PCB primitives attach
add regression coverage for manual pcbPath routing with KiCad footprints

Testing

bun test --preload tests/fixtures/preload.ts tests/components/primitive-components/trace-pcb-path-selectors.test.tsx (fails: missing bun-match-svg dependency in environment)
