Summary

trigger manual trace re-rendering when ports finally gain PCB pads so pcbPath selectors work after async footprint loads
allow manual trace reruns to replace any existing PCB trace before inserting the updated route
add regression test covering KiCad resistor footprints with selector-based pcbPath and custom thickness

Testing

bun test tests/components/primitive-components/trace-pcb-path-selectors.test.tsx (fails: missing bun-match-svg dependency in test environment)
