BrcmPatchRAM - v1.7

BrcmPatchRAM has now been updated to upload firmware to bluetooth devices in a much more stable and faster way.
Credits to @RehabMan for fine-tuning the upload algorithm and resolving issues with thread synchronisation.

Additionally the dynamic profile publishing has been enhanced so that the Bluetooth functionality re-appears much faster after wake-up from sleep (even when used with a real Mac).

Firmware for the Toshiba 4352 Combo has been reverted to the Windows driver default after some problems were reported.
