Hello. I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with GitHub, so, my apologizes for any mistake. Here, the 3 modified files to add this markup field to the form, and then, use it in the widgets. It works fine. I seen many people asked it in the repository.... Awaiting your feedback. Thanks.
