Spl-IsoFind can be used to detect spatially variable isoforms in long-read spatial transcriptomics data.
Spl-IsoFind requires Python 3.9 or higher. The easiest way to install is through the following command:
pip install SplIsoFind
The tutorials folder contains notebooks to run Spl-IsoFind on demo data. See the documentation for more information. The demo datasets can be downloaded from Zenodo.
