New function to call the trilegal webserver through Python. Also adds check that server is not too busy to accept new requests.

looks good, thanks! Just tested it out. I think also this would be a good time to remove the old perl script and that it would be fine to delete the lines commenting out the old Popen call. If you could commit those changes I'll go ahead and merge this in. |
