Changes:
Intent: use one executable (subversion.pl) across multiple repositories, eliminate the need to edit the executable to change the Slack token & group, keep per-repo configurations within the 'conf' directory.
Intent: Make the URL that's sent to Slack as specific as possible, point to a single changed file or the largest common subdir in the repo containing all the changes, rather than a static URL to the top of the repo.
