EKOBIT is an electronics stethoscope, a AFE signal board for a digital stethoscope.
The system captures cardiac audio through a dual-microphone stethoscope, applies real-time active noise cancellation on the ESP32-S3, streams the processed signal to a cloud API, and returns a binary classification (Normal / Murmur) within 145 ms — with 91% accuracy against the CirCor DigiScope dataset.
A web app for processing signal and calculating respiration and heart metrics using a special made digital stethoscope. Pipeline: band-pass 20-200 Hz -> MAD despike -> 10 ms smooth -> z-norm -> envelope -> peak detect -> S1/S2 timing -> metrics.
