When tar gets a string containing spaces, it looks for directories with spaces in the names, which most likely do not exist. This results in directories always *not* being added and a new cache always being created.
This allow multiple independent invocations of `casher` during a job.
Allow multiple executions of `casher` without sharing files

Use `#!/usr/bin/env bash` for shebang, rather than `#!/bin/bash`. The latter isn't portable, as at least *BSD put `bash` in `/usr/bin`. This is currently stopping caching from working on FreeBSD builds, which Travis now supports.
Use /usr/bin/env for shebang.
Update install_md5deep for FreeBSD
