An update on the line will be required again if the file adds/removes lines. Is there why the specific commit is not included?

Currently it's 158-161.
I wouldn't list the lines probably. (But maybe something like 'see name="rick_roll_domains")

It's better than not reflecting changes if/when the list is updated.
