- Replace custom `Microseconds` newtype with `Microsecond`/`Second` from `time-units` - Make `Wait` constructor polymorphic over `TimeUnit` - Simplify `seconds` and `micros` helpers to `fromIntegral` - Make `nominalDiffTime` polymorphic in return type - Add `time-units` dependency
