Delete Container Api Uses form-data params. Made a minor improvement for the api to work as original one is not working.

I have updated code for delete_container functionality under client.py. As, Delete Container API Uses form-data Params so I have made a minor improvement for the API to work as original one is not working.
Please review the changes and kindly merge them. I have made the changes to my local copy and it is working fine.
