The comments should now follow the Python protocol. @lindsaypoirier I changed some comments to be a bit more clear about what things, and I removed comments that I felt weren't needed if the line it followed was straightforward. @DexterAntonio I noticed there was an extra for loop in the 'highlight_pdf' function that would make the program go though all iterations of wordcount twice. I tested it, and removing it gave the same results. Was this okay?
