Version 0.2 Beta 1

A beta version of the 0.2 release.
This is made available as a reference for developers and those testing out the new format.

We recommend that everyone else wait until version 0.2 until they start implementing support for resource containers.

Version 0.1

Version 0.1 is the first specification for resource containers, primarily as implemented in translationStudio.

We recommend that other apps wait until version 0.2 until they start implementing support for resource containers. This version should be forthcoming around November.
