two commits:
IWrappedAsset and IWrappedAssetUpgradeable have the same methods, events etc. IWrappedAssetUpgradeable was introduced for usage with IERC20 from upgradeable version of OZ contracts. IWrappedAsset only will be used in unit contracts. It is not by OOP principles, but better to use standard upgradeable contracts instead of own fork of contracts
