Add AGENTS.md with project architecture, build commands, and code conventions. Add installable agent skill (skills/lgp-experiment) following the Agent Skills standard. Update README with install instructions via npx skills add.
Add search, analyze, and experiment subcommands to the lgp CLI, replacing lgp_tools (Python/Optuna/PostgreSQL) with native Rust implementations using rayon for parallelism and optional plotters for visualization (behind --features plot). - Add `lgp search` (random hyperparameter search with rayon) - Add `lgp analyze` (CSV stats + optional PNG plots) - Add `lgp experiment` (end-to-end pipeline orchestrator) - Add title/x_label/y_label/tags metadata fields - Remove lgp_tools/, pyproject.toml, docker-compose.yml - Update CI, justfile, pre-commit, and docs
Add all relevant references from the project bibliography including genetic programming foundations (Koza, Poli, Luke), LGP papers (Brameier, Song, Peeler), reinforcement learning (Downing, Amaral), OpenAI Gym, and the Iris dataset (Fisher).
Search runs 3,200+ experiment evaluations across all configs which is far too expensive for CI. All experiment paths now use --skip-search. Reduced RUST_LOG from debug to warn to prevent log flooding.

Merge EXTENDING.md into skills/lgp-experiment/SKILL.md to eliminate duplication, and rename docs/ to thesis/ since it only contains LaTeX source files. Update all references across README, AGENTS, CONTRIBUTING, and CI workflow.
Add/update standard ecosystem files: llms.txt, CONTRIBUTING.md, AGENTS.md, sr.yaml, teasr.toml, skills, and centered README header with badges and Agent Skill section.
Replace plain println! calls with crossterm+indicatif styled output — cyan headers, green checkmarks, yellow warnings, braille spinners, 2-space indent across all commands.
Add git hooks infrastructure for enforcing conventional commit standards. Includes sr-hooks-hash tracking and commit-msg validation hook configuration.
Update package versions in Cargo.lock for lgp and lgp-cli to reflect new 1.5.0 release.
Refactor teasr.toml to use new structured output format with explicit PNG configuration. Add font family specification and interactive terminal session configuration for iris baseline experiment demo, including typed command input with environment variables and wait duration.
Thesis and associated assets have been moved to https://github.com/urmzd/linear-gp-thesis with arxiv HTML compatibility fixes applied. Removes thesis/, scripts/draft_package.sh, and the compile-thesis workflow.
