There are some popular dev-boards based on the ESP32C3, which are being used for cheap and do-it-yourself VESC-Tool to CAN-adapters, to add BT/WiFi to their VESCs. Namely:

C3 Supermini XIAO C3 ESP32-C3-DevKit
+ cheap (~3$)
+ small 22.5x18mm
- some clones have connectivity issues
+ integrated bat charge chip (ETA4054S2F)
+ connector for external antenna (FPC or Rod)
+ small 21x17.8mm
+ still cheap (~5$)
no personal experience
+ onboard RGB-LED? 😁

This PR offers a starting point for people that want to start tinkering with additional accessories, like GPS, displays, SD-cards, CAN, UART, .. I also included lbm examples for the onboard LEDs of some dev-boards and plan on providing further examples.
