This PR contains:

  • removal of unused methods and self-dependencies
  • removal LinqArray from Vim.Format projects
  • new implementation of G3d (aka G3dNext)
  • new implementation of BFast
  • new VimModel interfaces and scratch implementation (some class names end with 2, like VimMesh2, to avoid clashes with the current implementation)

This PR isn't supposed to be merged yet.
