TODO:

  • Add vyper support
  • Add veVOLT base contract (with force_withdraw and is_unlocked)
  • Add basic tests
  • Add MINTIME of 1 month
  • Add max_penalty of 50%
  • Test rejection for not meeting MINTIME with create_lock
  • Test force_withdraw()
  • Test max_penalty
  • Test is_unlocked withdraw (feeless)
  • Test Reward distributor
