Description
Make insertable-streams/video-analyzer work in all browsers. Relies on webrtcHacks/adapter#1145 spec shim.
See working example https://jan-ivar.github.io/samples/src/content/insertable-streams/video-analyzer/ which works in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (uses temp shim until webrtcHacks/adapter#1145 is merged)
Purpose
Help web developers write WebRTC encoded-transform code to spec that works across browsers.
