Add Workflows Community Talks

Details:

• Adds a landing page for workflows Community Talks under the events menu.
• Adds  a placeholder for the first talk.

Instructions to add a talk:

• Under the _talks/ directory, add a new file for the talk (e.g. talk2.html).
  • Update the front matter and insert the talk description in the top section.
• Add speakers to _data/speakers.yml making sure to give correct talk number.
• Place the image of speakers in images/talks/
• Check speakers institution logo is under images/institutions

The codespell error is not in files that I have modified.

Looks like a false positive. maybe I should add "rollIn" to ignore-words-list in .codespellrc ?
