Issues:
As an applicant, I should be able to change my profile picture/avatar.
What has changed:
Created and implemented an abstract updateAvatar method in the applicant service class that takes in the applicant id and new profile picture.
Created the updateProfileAvatar method in the Controller that provides the endpoint.
