With this change, the variable is correctly initialized to an empty value in all setup variants.
We need to use the exactly same IP raneg we also use in main.cf

This fixes the variable setup in
setup/start.sh.With this fix, we can properly work with
SPAMHAUS_DQS_KEYbeing set or not set during initial installation (where it now can be provided by setting theDEFAULT_SPAMHAUS_DQS_KEYenvironment variable) or by editing/etc/mailinabox.confprior to an update to edit or remove theSPAMHAUS_DQS_KEYsetting.
