Bundle: Project bundle addons version resolution

Use settings summary to resolve which addon versions are used.

This approach uses the same approach which is used on AYON server, which might not be the same as was used in previous implementation (see ynput/ayon-backend#771). But at this exact moment nothing should really change.

Testing notes:

1. Resolution of project bundle addons work as expected (hard to say what is expected at this moment).

While testing this PR I have found this a bit odd behaviour when inspecting/assigning project bundles...even that I have selected the bundle for both prod and staging it says upon inspection that the staging bundle not been set...

Unrelated to this PR and repository. And it is because you don't have any studio bundle set as staging, please do not discuss this issue here further.

I cant make the Project Bundle to effect and it reads still as the ordinary Prod Bundle when launching in the project context with set Proj Bundle ...as here:

My Project Bundle having ayon-core 1.6.4+dev while when running (after host app launch) still shows the prod bundle ayon-core 1.6.4

Am I missing something (as I know it first runs with prod but then switches to proj bundle addons)?

AYON info window is available only in tray. Tray does not use project bundle, it always uses studio bundle. The best way how to find out is to e.g. open blender, and during publishing there is logged out list of addons in AYON Addons plugin.

hmm, when launched some task on project with project bundle I dont have present Ayon tools menu in Blender host for some reason...

there is nothing in the console tho...should I use e.g. Process Monitor for that or?

Do you have set version of blender addon in project bundle?
