トピック欄に画像を表示できるようにする。
想定している用途
長時間にわたって参照しつづけるような画像を提示する。
（例：ダンジョンマップ、戦場マップなど）
仕様
画像の URL （ゆとチャのメッセージ文法においてハイパーリンク化される URL ）がトピックに含まれていれば、それをその URL を参照する画像に置換する。
画像であるかどうかは、「 URL の末尾の拡張子がそれらしいかどうか」で判断する。サポートしているのは、 PNG, GIF, WebP, JPEG, JPG, SVG 。
置換された画像をクリックすると、拡大表示する。
