I used :80 port, because ingress can't support :8080 and also used host name: local. The domain localhost is a bit particular and that's why it's so complicated, so I tryed to use command kubectl port-forward but I didn't find the solution how to automate it.
To check this task you need to add to /etc/hosts file the string below:

<minikube ip>      local
