Fix case of background_tasks.asm so game.asm will build on a case sensitive file-system.

Add a .gitignore for all the *.sym and *-64x files created and add a checksum.sh script to compare built binaries against the official release.

The level-o-64x file has 4 bytes different from the original release file. Revert to the original release file.
