Z O T R U N
Digital organisms that feel their own substrate.
ZOT is a research project building digital immune systems from first principles. No ML. No training data. No dependencies. Pure biology translated to silicon.
Each organism calibrates against its physical substrate, evolves a population of immune receptors through Darwinian selection, and detects anomalies by sensing nanosecond-level timing perturbations across multiple independent channels.

| zot-cell | The organism. Single Rust file. Zero dependencies. |
The theoretical architecture spans 15 internal papers. These are not published.
What is open source is the implementation — the organism, the probes, the signal processing, the evolution engine, and the benchmark framework. The code is the proof.
The biological foundations are documented at zot.run/research — enough context to understand why it works, without the full theory.
- Zero dependencies. The organism is self-contained.
- Cite the biology. Every signal path maps to immunology.
- Show the math. Every claim has benchmark data.
- No personal data. No sponsors.
