Update track.py (fix "bad escape")

• Uses re.escape() to properly escape special characters in the filename.
• Simplifies filename stem and suffix extraction using PurePath() methods.
• Fixes incomplete escape \U at position 3 #38 and Error Message when Running Zotify #25

Would consistently get the bad escape problem with certain tracks and this fixes it. Should definitely be approved for the main program
