Pack file

Pack files describe the location of AWB repositories so that the tools can manage them. For user managed repositories, .pack files must be created and distributed.

Format is:

AWB will search both the $HOME/.asim/repositories.d/ and the installed version of AWB for pack files, with descending precedence.
