Software system

hasim_system did not permit users to easily add a software system. The new system module permits models to have an explicit, self-managed software system on top of the awb hardware. Unfortunately, system is not backward compatible with hasim_system. To prevent unnecessary reconfiguration, use this script to upgrade hasim_system apm files.
