V1.0.0 - new search architecture

This major revised version of the software introduces:

• Ingestion of corpora from a local clone of the CopticScriptorium/Corpora repo
• Introduce interactive faceted metadata and text content search with meilisearch service
• Update dependency versions (esp. Django and Python)
• Extensive refactoring and speed-ups
