This major revised version of the software introduces:
- Ingestion of corpora from a local clone of the CopticScriptorium/Corpora repo
- Introduce interactive faceted metadata and text content search with meilisearch service
- Update dependency versions (esp. Django and Python)
- Extensive refactoring and speed-ups
