I used this rating system for my latest retro and it went well. The new terms felt good. Those providing feedback picked them up no problem and I felt a better connection to the ratings. Even if we don't keep the new terminology, I think the expanded descriptions are essential. I particularly like the added focus on providing specific and actionable feedback for a Needs Coaching rating. |
