Summary

  • Adds a 1 second hover delay before displaying the git blame commit details popover
  • Prevents accidental popover triggers when moving the cursor past blame info
  • Clears the delay timer if user moves away before the popover appears

Test plan

  • Hover over git blame inline text and verify popover appears after 1 second
  • Move cursor away before 1 second and verify popover does not appear
  • Verify popover still works correctly after the delay

Prevents the commit details popover from appearing immediately on hover,
giving users time to move past the blame info without triggering the card.
