Release 1.6.2 does not properly configure the LOGS_SUBSCRIPTION_PROJECT in src/lib/logs/log_forwarder_variables.py
This code fixes that file and provides the necessary context in values.yaml, function-config.yaml, function-deployment.yml and deploy-helm.sh
