This PR includes some updates to enhance the localization and naturalness of the text for a Brazilian Portuguese audience.

  • Replaced English names and terms with more native alternatives (e.g., "Keith" to "César", "Sophie" to "Sofia", "Dawn" to "Aurora", and "Tim" to "Téo").
  • Made the language more informal in certain cases by changing "você" to "vc".
  • Replaced words for more context-appropriate terms (e.g., "coisa" to "demanda", "negócio" to "reunião").
  • Updated links to the Brazilian versions of external references ("The Office" Wikipedia page and the YouTube meme).
