[pt-BR] Improve localization and adjust terminology #241

This PR includes some updates to enhance the localization and naturalness of the text for a Brazilian Portuguese audience.

Replaced English names and terms with more native alternatives (e.g., "Keith" to "César", "Sophie" to "Sofia", "Dawn" to "Aurora", and "Tim" to "Téo").
Made the language more informal in certain cases by changing "você" to "vc".
Replaced words for more context-appropriate terms (e.g., "coisa" to "demanda", "negócio" to "reunião").
Updated links to the Brazilian versions of external references ("The Office" Wikipedia page and the YouTube meme).
