Offline Mode
If you do not have a valid DCF account or you are not provided with an Openapi token then it is not possible to download catalogue updates from the EFSA's database. For this reason, catalogues can also be imported into the tool using '.ecf' files.
The procedure to import an '.ecf' file in offline mode is described in the official guideline.
Currently, EFSA catalogues are available in .ecf form and can be downloaded from the following link:
