Retrieves URLs using get or post and returns the data to a file location or as an output string.

name type default min. max. description
URL State None "" "" URL for the get method (provides base for post)
Post Data State None "" "" post data to be appended to the URL (Leave empty to use get method).
Local Path name=Force Post Method File Path None "" 0 "" Local path to save data - empty means no save. Forces a post method using the URL string
Use URL Path Boolean None 1 - Uses N levels of path when storing files to /Path
Path Levels to Remove (N) Integer 0 0 10000 If Use URL path is set then this parameter specfified how many path levels to remove from the beginning of the path.
Priority Integer 0 -100 0 Priority 0 is the same as any other function, priority = -100 is the lowest relative priority
Timeout Integer 60 -1 3600 Times out the initial http request and returns Error and http code event if no connection is made.
In Ev.
Get Input event, makes a request to the server.
Abort Input event, aborts the request to the server.
Data In
URL Data input, the URL to request data from.
post data Data input, post data to be included in the request to the server.
local path Data input, the path in the host device to save the data to.
URLdirDump Data input, the number of levels of the URL to remove when constructing a path to save the data to.
Priority Data input, the priority level of the request.
Data Out
Getting Output event, triggered by the input event [In]Get.
------------
Response Data output, the data returned by the server if not saved to disk.
enum Data output, the standard HTTP error code presented when the output event [In]Error is asserted.
estring Data output, the standard HTTP error message presented when the output event [In]Error is asserted.
Out Ev.
