Site Tabs

Information

This tab will hold read-only information of the site.

  • Date Created - The creation date of the site
  • Title - The title of the site
  • Site Template - The type of site
  • Hub Site - Flag determining if the site is a top level hub site
  • Connected to Hub - Flag determining if the site is connected to a hub site
  • Storage Used - Displays the current size of the site

Search Tab

The search property tab will allow the user to set a custom property in the root web's property bag. This property can be configured with the search api to organize sites by organization/department. A textbox or dropdown can be used for the user to enter values. It's recommended to configure a dropdown to ensure the correct values are set.

Management & Features Tab

The management tab will allow you to set the following settings:

  • Enable Custom Scripts
  • Lock State
  • Enable App Catalog
  • Increase Storage
  • Enable Guest Access
  • Default Sensitivity Label

The features tab will allow you to set the following settings:

  • Comments On Site Pages Disabled
  • Disable Company Wide Sharing Links
  • Show/Hide Content From Search Results
  • Social Bar On Site Pages Disabled

App Permissions Tab

The app permissions will allow you to manage 3rd party application permissions to the site. This will require an application registration for the application with the Sites.Selected Graph API permission set for it.

Audit Tools Tab

The audit tool has the following reports:

  • Document Retention
  • External Shares
  • External Users
  • Lists/Libraries
  • Search Documents
  • Search Property
  • Search Users
  • Unique Permissions

Top/Sub Site Tab

The top/sub site tab will display the selected web's properties. The Sub Site Url dropdown can be used to change the target sub site. The follow web properties can be set:

  • Comments On Site Pages Disabled
  • Remove Site From Search Results
  • Search Scope

Changes Tab

Any configuration change set in the management/features/search/site tabs will be shown here for review, prior to applying them.
