Audit Tools Tab
The audit tools tab allows the admin to run reports against their site. Below is a list of available reports:
- Document Retention - Finds content older than a specified date
- External Shares - Displays any files that are shared externally, using the search api
- External Users - Displays any external users and sharing links site groups
- Lists/Libraries - Displays a list of lists/libraries
- Search Documents - Search for files by specific search terms
- Search Property - Enabled if the custom search property is configured
- Search Users - Find users by keyword or account
- Unique Permissions - Finds all content that has broken inheritance
Search for content older than a specified date. Export the report and take action for content cleanup.
Uses the search api to find content that is shared externally.
Finds all sharing link site groups and external users. The access to files will also be displayed if linked to content.
Displays the lists/libraries on the site with their default sensitivity label. Actions to set the default label on files of document and wiki libraries are available.
Search for documents by keyword(s) and file extension(s). Actions to view and delete the file are available.
The search property report will only be available if the custom search property is configured in the webpart.
Search for users by text or account. Actions to remove the user from the site or group will be available.
Search for objects that have broken inheritance.
